Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on jitu62, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. Access to the Platform is strictly prohibited for persons under the age of 21.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where jitu62 has otherwise restricted access.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a jitu62 employee or business partner in a role that may create a conflict of interest.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform by jitu62 for any reason.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. Each Account represents a single natural person only.

jitu62 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate, multiple, or joint accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, valid email address, and active mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. jitu62 shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate registration details provided by the Player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any other person. Any action taken through your Account — including bets placed, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed — will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have previously notified jitu62 of unauthorised access.

jitu62 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason, and to close any Account found to have been opened in breach of these Terms.

Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to platform security and responsible gaming, jitu62 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. You may be required to complete identity verification at any of the following points:

• Upon first withdrawal request exceeding Rp 500.000.
• Upon cumulative deposits exceeding Rp 10.000.000 within any 30-day rolling period.
• At any time jitu62 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, account sharing, or a breach of these Terms.
• When you request a change to your registered payment method.

Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), a current Indonesian passport, or a valid Indonesian driving licence (SIM). Proof of address may be satisfied by a utility bill, bank statement issued by BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or another recognised Indonesian financial institution, not older than three months.

Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC checks. jitu62 will not be liable for delays to withdrawals caused by a Player's failure to submit required documentation promptly.

Deposits

All deposits to a jitu62 Account are denominated and processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). jitu62 accepts deposits via the following channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and Bank Danamon.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The minimum single deposit is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by jitu62 at the platform level; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction ceilings, for which jitu62 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits are ordinarily credited to your Account within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. During periods of high network traffic or bank maintenance — which may be more frequent around Indonesian national holidays including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and the Indonesian Independence Day period — processing times may be extended. jitu62 will not be held responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment infrastructure.

You must only deposit funds that you own and that originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts, anonymous payment sources, or accounts belonging to other persons are prohibited and will be reversed. Any winnings generated from such deposits are subject to forfeiture.

Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Bonus funds and wagering-locked balances are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the jitu62 Account. jitu62 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, unverified bank accounts, or payment methods not previously used for deposit.

Under normal operating conditions, jitu62 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five minutes for all approved requests. This commitment applies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays. Processing times may be extended where KYC verification is outstanding, where a withdrawal triggers an internal security review, or where the receiving financial institution experiences technical delays.

jitu62 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is materially inconsistent with the Player's historical deposit and betting pattern, or where the Account has been flagged by our fraud-detection systems.

Withdrawal requests submitted but not yet processed may be cancelled by the Player through their Account dashboard. Once a withdrawal has been dispatched to the payment provider, it cannot be recalled.

Bonuses & Promotions

jitu62 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer, which supplement and are to be read alongside these Terms. In the event of any conflict, the bonus-specific terms prevail for that promotion.

Unless the offer explicitly states otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all jitu62 promotions:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (stated per offer) before any withdrawal can be made from the resulting balance. The default wagering requirement is 10× the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Expiry: Bonuses must be claimed within the time window specified in the offer. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically. Active bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements within 30 days of award will be forfeited.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) contribute 10%. Sportsbook bets contribute as stated in the offer. Crash games and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) contribution rates are stated in each individual offer.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated, each promotional offer is limited to one claim per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Seasonal Promotions: jitu62 runs promotional campaigns aligned with the Indonesian calendar, including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Imlek (Chinese New Year), and Indonesian Independence Day. These promotions carry their own distinct terms and are time-limited.

jitu62 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice, and to void bonus-related winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a system error.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jitu62 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the rules applicable to that game. In the event of a dispute about a game outcome, the server-side recorded result shall be definitive.

The following general gameplay conditions apply across all product categories:

• Sportsbook: All sports bets — including Asian handicap, mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator), and voor bola (European handicap) markets — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, PSSI, BWF). In-play bets accepted after an event's official result has been determined will be voided. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Live Casino: Live dealer games are subject to the rules of the specific game variant in play. Where a technical disconnection occurs mid-hand, the round will be settled based on the last confirmed game state recorded by the provider's server. jitu62 shall not be liable for disconnections caused by the Player's own internet connection.
• Slots: All slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages over long play periods and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Crash Games: Crash game rounds begin and conclude based on the server-side multiplier algorithm. The Player's responsibility to cash out before the crash event is entirely their own; jitu62 does not accept responsibility for failure to cash out in time due to the Player's internet latency or device performance.

jitu62 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a system error, pricing error, or data feed malfunction. Players will be notified of any such voiding and their stake will be returned to their Account Balance.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute Prohibited Conduct and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of Account Balance at jitu62's sole discretion:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating more than one Account on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Using the Account of another person, or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage, and failing to report such errors to jitu62 immediately upon discovery.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sportsbook markets.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets on events to which you have privileged non-public information.
• Any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or use of the Platform for any other illegal financial activity.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers in a manner consistent with bonus abuse rather than genuine recreational play, as determined by jitu62's risk and compliance team.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jitu62 staff, agents, or other Players through any communication channel.

Suspension & Termination

jitu62 may suspend or permanently close an Account with immediate effect, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the Player under our Responsible Gaming Policy.
• A request from a law enforcement authority, regulatory body, or court of competent jurisdiction.

A Player may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the jitu62 support team. Any real-money Balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure — net of any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements — will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within five business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC checks.

jitu62 is not liable for any losses arising from Account suspension or closure where such action was taken as a result of the Player's own breach of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jitu62 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — express or implied — in connection with the Platform and its content. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

jitu62 shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — for any of the following, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of winnings or profits attributable to technical faults, server outages, or interruptions beyond jitu62's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from reliance on inaccurate odds, game data, or statistics published on the Platform as a result of a data feed error.
• Loss of data or Account access due to circumstances attributable to the Player (e.g., forgotten credentials, compromised device).
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from delays to deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja.

Where jitu62's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy

jitu62 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

jitu62 will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, game content suppliers, and law enforcement authorities strictly as necessary and as described in the Privacy Policy.

Responsible Gaming

jitu62 is committed to promoting responsible and safe gambling. We provide all registered Players with access to the following tools at no charge via their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and request that jitu62 block re-registration for a minimum of six months or permanently.

Amendments

jitu62 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than seven days before the changes take effect, except where immediate implementation is required by law or to address an urgent security concern.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. jitu62 operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform and is not subject to Indonesian domestic gambling law for the purposes of these Terms.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure (see Clause 17) shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in your jurisdiction.
